Employee Recognition Program

It is important to celebrate employee successes. 

BC Transit is proud to recognize safety, long service milestones and special achievements by employees in areas such as customer service, innovation, team work and leadership as well as “Employee of the Year”. 

Employees nominate their peers for achievement awards and the Employee Recognition Committee selects the most outstanding to be honoured at an annual banquet.
